Abstract We aim to synthesis a polymeric nanoparticle form by the self-assemble behavior of carbohydrate and boronic acid-grafted copolymer. The particle structure would be stable due to the complex formation from the copolymer. The nanoplatform is expected to address the antimicrobial resistant (AMR) disease via anti-adhesion therapy and specific delivery of bactericidal drugs.
