Abstract In recent years, oil has become one of the main sources of energy. However, the problem of global climate change caused by the greenhouse effect, coupled with the continuous increase in the demand for main energy and continuous consumption, the demand for alternative energy has also increased. The use of green manufacturing and sustainable production of biodiesel (Biodiesel) can become the main source of electricity for the next generation, and biodiesel through the transesterification process of alcohol and oil will produce two immiscible liquids, namely biodiesel and by product glycerol. This project applies the developed continuous high-efficiency transesterification reactor and downstream biodiesel purification separator to flow by producing biodiesel with soybean oil and castor oil as raw materials in a continuous flow mode. The chemical system enables all process reactions and purification to be carried out in a continuous flow, allowing the raw materials to react with the largest contact area, and recovering high-purity biodiesel. The by-products glycerol, castor oil and Isocyanate are used to manufacture polyurethane foam, improving the production quality and application efficiency of biodiesel and its by-products, and achieving the goal of green manufacturing.
