High throughput screening is based on cell culture in microplates, with the aid of automatic operational system, rapid sensitive detection methods, rapid interpretation of measured data for a rapid screening of drug or medical materials. This project plans to develop a flexible impedance analyzer to measure the cell impedance value in a microplate to develop a sensing that can be placed in a microplate by optimizing the regression relationship with the cell survival rate frequency. The device can be applied to suspension cells, microorganisms plant cells, develops a system for prompt screening of drugs. |
