中文摘要 中草藥保健食品之推動發展、現代化及科學化在基礎研究、經濟及社會層面上都是非常重要的議題。以往中草藥材品質經常良莠不齊,成分不明確又缺乏符合現代醫學的篩選平台來加以檢測其活性及其臨床試驗之功能以證實其療效,自然也就難以為歐美等國所接受。因此,在中草藥科學化或健康食品之研發上,我們必須藉由代謝物圖譜分析來有效提升中草藥的品質並掌控其成分。同時,以現代醫學方式建立實驗篩選平台,進行臨床療效等評估。許多合法的中草藥能夠增進運動前、後免疫系統的調節以及耐力運動的表現。因此,中草藥逐漸受到運動領域的重視,並被廣泛應用到運動科學領域。因此,本研究擬先分析並挑選出天然物中含較高有效成分之萃取物,再以動物及人體進行試驗,並應用於劇烈性耐力運動上,期能將研究結果作為教練與運動員在規劃營養增補計畫時的參考,讓運動員的訓練更有效與更健康。
英文摘要 The development, modernization and scientificization of Chinese herbal medicine is very important issues in basic research, economy and society. In the past, the quality of Chinese herbal medicine was often mixed, the ingredients were unclear, and there was no screening platform to test its bioactivity and the function of clinical trials. Thus, it was difficult for countries such as Europe and the United States to accept it. Therefore, in the research and development of Chinese herbal medicine or health food, we must effectively improve the quality of Chinese herbal medicine and control its composition through metabolite profiling. In addition, a modern medical method is used to establish an experimental screening platform to evaluate clinical efficacy. Many legal Chinese herbal remedies can improve the regulation of the immune system and endurance exercise performance before and after exercise. Therefore, Chinese herbal medicine has gradually received attention in the field of sports, and has been widely used in the field of sports science. Therefore, the study expects to analyze and select extracts with higher active ingredients, and then exam experiments on animals and humans, and apply them to strenuous endurance sports. We hope to use the research results as coaches and athletes in planning of nutritional supplementation programs to make training more effective and healthier for athletes.
